• Routine inspection , trouble shooting of Gearboxes and providing report of gearbox operating condition.
• Annual inspection of wind turbine gearbox, including the inspection of gears bearing , filter elements, sensors, leakage rectification, bolt torque high speed shaft alignment and many more.
• Specialized inspection including temperature issues, high vibration, low pressure in lubrication, abnormal noise and operations
• Endoscopic Inspection of gear bearing and shaft.
• On site repairing or replacement of wearing and spare parts.
• Gear, shaft, bearing replacement and repairing at site.
